Booking Policy

A) Reservations

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit. Once your booking request is received, we will send a confirmation with full trip details and payment instructions.

B) Payment Terms

A deposit of 20%–50% is required to secure your booking.The remaining balance should be paid before or upon arrival, depending on the agreement.Payments can be made via bank transfer, mobile money, or other agreed

C) Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip may receive a partial refund (minus administrative fees).Cancellations made 15–29 days before the trip may incur a cancellation fee.Cancellations made less than 14 days before the trip may be non-refundable.(Exact refund depends on booked services such as hotels, park fees, and transport.)

D) Changes to Booking

Any changes to your booking (dates, itinerary, or services) should be communicated in advance and are subject to availability. Additional costs may apply depending on the changes requested.

E) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control.
